The M-D Line is engineered to provide optimal relief for sensitive areas based on medical insights. Featuring the Maximized Dip design, it efficiently distributes body weight to the sit bones, ensuring comfort during rides.

Designed for city bikes with a slight forward lean to a very upright sitting position, the 621 M-D offers an impressive 85% relief for the perineum and prostate, the highest among SQlab products. The active system, with its black damper and four comfort sticks, allows for slight adjustments according to preference.

Thanks to its stable CrMo struts, the M-D Line is suitable for heavier riders. It offers a generous width of 24 cm for ample contact surface, ideal for absorbing heavy body weight.

For those prioritizing maximum comfort at the sit bones over perineum relief, the ERGOLUX series is recommended.
