Some questions we get asked the most about the Cargo One!

What is the maximum load capacity, and can it safely carry children or heavy cargo?

The Cargo One can handle up to 250KG, in total (including the rider).  The cargo box in the front of the bike can hold up to 60kg. The front box can comfortably hold children.

How far can the e-cargo bike travel on a single charge when fully loaded?

60 - 90km, depending on the load in the cargo basket and the weight of the rider.

Is the motor powerful enough to handle hilly terrain with a full load?

Yes, within reason. If you have a fully loaded cargo and are maxing out the weight limit, it will be a harder resistance for the rider. It will require more effort from the rider, but it will manage slopes and gradients of up to 5%.

What maintenance is required, and how long does the battery last before needing replacement?

Due to the Carbon Belt there is very little maintenance needed for the drivetrain area, and the battery can last anywhere from 300-450 charge cycles before needing to be replaced or repaired. Of course, this will vary depending on your level of usage.
